DNS DoS Attacks and DNS Spoofing Hit SANS Institute's Top-20 Internet Security Attack Targets On November 15 2006, SANS Institute published their 2006 annual update of Top-20 Internet Security Attack Targets. The SANS Top-20 is a consensus list of vulnerabilities that require immediate remediation and has been published since 2000. The 2006 annual update of the Top-20 Internet Security Attack Targets included also Domain Name System, as Recursion Denial of Service attacks and Spoofing Authorative zone Answers made their way to the list.
